1Introduction

11Account Termination & Suspension

RM400 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account at any time under the following circumstances:

• Activities suspected of being fraudulent, involving money laundering, or exploiting the system.

When an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, RM400 reserves the right to withhold the existing account balance while an investigation is carried out. If no fraud is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the member within 14 working days.

12Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
